OH HOW I LOVE MY FAMILY!

Hey There,
I'm back. I've been having a lot going on here lately. Still getting the kiddo Christmas gifts. I haven't really been up to much. I kind of been reading a lot of books lately just hanging out with the FAM. I had the chance to see all of my cousins,aunts and uncle while I was out of town for my aunt funeral a few weeks ago. I loved catching up with them, it seem like forever since we've hung out and did the whole family thing. I was really shocked to see how old some of my younger cousins have gotten. It's seems like only yesterday I was on babysitting duty while the grown ups went out to catch a movie or do a little shopping and the same little snotty nose kid I was in charge of now has a snotty nose kid of it's own. It so amazing I just had to seat back and be like WOW, time does travel fast. It also made me realize that our time here is short and you need to cherish out time here together. I was thinking back to myself that when we have our annual picnic and family weekend and family vacation were are all too busy caught up in our own lives to get together and do things. We were saying that it is funny how the only time you can get all the family together is when there is a death and it shouldn't be that way at all, but that is how it becomes. It made me feel like crying cause you let time past and you never think that the time past is time lost. So I'm tell all friends and family keep in contact with one another, even if it's a phone call or a letter from time to time send pictures if it is impossible to travel. Go visit when your not doing anything one weekend, surprise them with lunch,dinner or movie. Just don't be like me and wait until someone close to you dies and then it's you wake up call. Take it from me. Love your family and see them as much as possible you never know when will be the last time you see them.

I'm Sad :-(

Well it's been a while right. I know it been so hectic around here for me. I mean the hoilday are coming and I'm worried about not have enough money to Daddny all the things he want. Then this past Saturday to make matters worse my aunt May-Pearl died. She was a very loveing and careing women who looked out for everyone in the family. She had been battling breast cancer for sometime now. Although I'm hate it had to happen this way I am looking forward to seeing people in my family whom I haven't see in a while. Oh a happier note though I will be seeing and spending sometime with my dad.

Now then I can't wait until Christmas to see all my family and to eat a lot of food. I'm not too much looking forward to Thanksgiving cause noone is giving out gifts. But I'm crossing my finger hopeing that I get all the things that I wanted HINT-HINT (Chris). Daddny has gotten everything he had on his list so far there are a couple of things that have not hit the marked yet that he wants and they are on the maybe side. Well I guess that all I've got right now.

Okay so I've been away for a while. Well this weekend I went to Orange,Texas to my aunt house to party with here for her birthday. "Happy Birthday Aunt P" I just had to do a little Christmas shopping while I was out there. Everything I got was for Daddny of course. He was with me the whole time though I sent him to play with toys while I did a little clothes shopping and his little smart butt knew what I was doing. He kept saying when do you want me to go look at clothes now so you can pick out some toys for me. I just could help myself though. They had really cheap clothes at Citi Trends I love that store for him. Then I went into this little store that didn't even have there light back on yet and brought him 4 pairs of shoes and my total was $52.60 ( I got the recepit to prove it)! WOW I know they were really cheap. That store was going out of business though. Anyways Saturday night we ended up going over to DeltaDowns a casino 4 miles up the road in Lousiania. We stayed there for a couple hours without in luck and we went on to Isle Capri. I just broke even there didn't really lose didn't really win either. Then we came back to the first casino and spent the night there. I'm so ready to try my luck in Vegas again. I just can't wait until I have saved enough money to plan a trip there. But I guess I'll be saving another 5 year before I get to get at this rate! Well until next time. See Ya. TTYL

Misson Camp Out

Okay so this weekend Daddny wanted to go camping and since black people don't do much camping, I told him no at first. Then I came up with the idea to make him a camp out right outside our house, I mean after all this is the country we live in right? So we set up his tint that he got as a Christmas gift last year. It was about 10 feet from the back door. He was so excited and was ready for the night so we could tell ghost stories with flash light held up to our face. Well one noise sealed the deal and before I knew it all three of us was back in the house laughing at each other. At the end of the day I guess you can say that we are not the camp-out type. But Daddny thinks we should leave his tint up so he can camp during the day when ever he wants. I think it would safe to say that our Family is not the camping type.

It's All About ME!

Okay I'm just getting started with the whole blog this. I know a little late huh.. Well better late then never right.
I have to men great men in my life one is my husband Chris and the other is my little man Daddny. I work a full time job as well as being a full time wife and mother, my life is oriented around my family and I wouldn't have it any other way. I love spending time and doing things with my family and close friends as well as traveling. I'm a fun person who loves to clown around and be goofy. I plan to live each day as it comes and make the best of the cards I that are handed to me.
